Q. Do we need reservations for the tours?
A. We are happy to accept last minute reservations depending on availability. To ensure your spot on the tour of your choice, it is recommended you book your reservation in advance.  There is a two adult minimum.

Q. How soon do we need to be there before our tour?
A. We recommend that you arrive about 15 minutes prior to check-in.

Q. Where do your tours depart from?
A. All of our jeep tours depart from the McDonalds restaurant in Tusayan, Arizona (1 mile south of the Grand Canyon South Entrance Gate).  The address is 106 Arizona 64, Tusayan, AZ 86023.

Q. When do tours depart?
A. Departure time varies depending on your selected tour and time of year. Check with your booking agent for exact times.

Q. What days do your tours run?
A. Our tours run 7 days a week from March 1st through November 30th yearly.

Q. How many people can ride at a time?
A. Our custom safari vehicles can accommodate up to 13 people. We reserve the right to combine parties.

Q. What is the age cutoff for children’s prices?
A. Children rates apply to age 11 and under.

Q. How old does my child have to be to go on a tour?
A. We take any age.

Q. Do you have seat belts in your vehicles?
A. Everyone taking a tour must be in a seat belt and children 6 and under should be in a car seat or booster.

Q. What is you cancellation policy?
A. Should you cancel up to 24 hours in advance of your departure time, there is no charge.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time will be charged half price.  Should you not show up for your tour, you will be charged full price.

Q. What should I bring on the tour?
A. We recommend bringing water in a non-breakable container, close-toes shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light jacket (depending on time of year) and of course your camera.

Q. Can I go on a jeep tour if I am pregnant or am suffering from a back/neck injury?
A. Tours are not recommended for pregnant women, persons with back or neck injuries or persons with serious or debilitating injuries.

Q. May I bring my dog on the tour?
A. We do not allow dogs on the tour except for service dogs.  You may call the Grand Canyon Kennels at 928-638-0534 for boarding questions.

Q. Can we reserve a private tour?
A. Private tours are available.  Call for pricing and availability.
